"A year ago in May, I was backed into by a large pick-up truck. No injuries were sustained but there was a good bit of damage to my car. The other driver is related to an influential member of local government, so I was sure I'd be stuck paying for repairs myself. She denied any fault. However, I was pleasantly surprised when all expenses were covered by State Farm. Very happy with this insurance Co."

"Daniel Corbin has been my insurance agent for over 10 years. Having that local, personal connection makes insurance a breeze. I don't have to call an 800 number and sit on hold and speak to multiple people to get something done. I can just send an email, and it's taken care of instantly. "In the last few months my experience with Daniel and his team has been horrific. I needed to make a change to my insurance and called and got the thumbs up. Then I find out 3 weeks later my vehicle (which I’d been driving!) was taken OFF insurance instead. I had to handle that through their 1-800 number as they wouldn’t return many a call. Most recently I put my vehicles on suspension for the month I was away and I got a random email from his team saying they put my vehicles BACK on active status two weeks in (which of course I had to handle through the 1-800 number and never received a return email to my shocked reply email to Corbin’s office). Every call I’ve made (during daytime hours!) has been patched to the State Farm 1-800 number in the last few MONTHS. You can’t even leave a message. Need I go on? Cuz there’s more. Just ONE of those things is enough to go elsewhere. I’ve switched agents. This office doesn’t deserve your business."

"Tricia- As directed by you, we suspended both your vehicles as you were traveling out of country until 6/21 and then wanted your coverages reinstated. Which our office completed for you. Unfortunately, your other State Farm concerns were with your previous agent’s office as well, not our office. While we tried to remedy the situation and help, those concerns are directed back to your previous agent and the claims department - those who are responsible, to get the issues corrected. We hope you the best in the future! Thank you."

"I’ve had State Farm for almost 20 years but this particular office and its female employee’s customer interactions and their indifference to customer service had me taking my insurance business elsewhere. I received multiple inconsistent car quote/estimates and was treated with total indifference. Think twice before taking your business to Dan Corbin insurance."

"Switched to PROGRESSIVE, they answer the phone and I get better coverage for a fraction of the price. Daniel and his team don't answer the phones and won't call you back. Rates keep increasing and they can't explain why. On the rare occasion they do answer, its a receptionist that says they're new and can't help with what you need. They'll say they will call you back with info but it never happens."

"Daniel and his team have gone downhill, big time. I’ve been with Daniel for over 3 years, used to be great. Now it seems that Daniel Has checked out and “retired.” His associates are EXTREMELY rude. I will be switching over to a new insurance agent after writing Daniel a 5 star review three years ago. Things have really declined, I think Daniel is going to see a lot of his business move elsewhere."

"If you want to drive without insurance and live without home insurance this is the place to go! Horrible staff and customer service I found out my insurance lapsed in May of 2021 and gave them another chance, I just found out that my Home insurance ended in July of this year and was never notified this office the worst and the only way they can have this many good reviews is paying for them! Worst mistake I made was switching to them, I had to report them to State Farm!"
